this happened before once.... in like the 50's or someshit.
a dude was running down the line for a TD and some trainer or someshit (not even a player) came out of the sideline and dove for the player's (running back the kickoff/punt) legs.
needless to say that after that incident.... the trainer no longer had a job with that team

One of the other refs probably ran over to hochuli and reminded him the commish was there and he better throw the flag.
Considering how you guys got to the super bowl on one of the worst official calls in sports history, I wouldn't complain about the refs.
