It's the Browns. If anyone's going to pass on a slam-dunk top pick, it's them. No one is trading up to #1 for Trubisky. You trade up to #1 to get Garrett.
I don't think any of them is worth a first-round pick. This draft is so deep at other positions. For the Lions' sake I hope teams reach for them though.
Teams hungry for a QB always reach though. It's like this big, dumb trap GMs kinda bumble their way into. Especially now with everyone thinking you have to win in 2-3 years. Kyle Boller, Brady Quinn, Tim Tebow, Christian Ponder, EJ Manuel, Money Manziel, etc. There's always a sucker out there trying to force it. I think if Cleveland were picking 3rd or 6th or something like that, they could get some fool to trade up. Trubisky, Watson and Mahomes seem to have enough steam to get teams to reach. But sitting at 1, they need to just draft Myles and be done with it. Someone falls to them at 11 pretty much regardless, and they could get even more lucky and have one of those 3 fall to them in the 2nd. I would take the chance and get Myles and a receiver early and see what's there at 33
