Don't think it'll happen without the Broncos giving up more. Keeping Kaepernick is an option for the 49ers.  Why pay to get rid of a player you want?  The Broncos, on the other hand, will slam their SB window shut unless they get the best QB possible under center.  I don't think that's Sanchez.

49ers have the upper hand here, but they're totally capable of fucking it up.
