Only chance Detroit has is if Kubiak hasn't adjusted the offense over the week to better suit our talents. If we're running Kube's offense we're gonna put up like 10 points again
Do you really believe the Lions ever had a super bowl winning core? Let alone have one now?
I never said anything about a Super Bowl, but it's too early to scrap the core when we're about to replace Jones, Tulloch, Mathis, Ihedigbo, etc in the near future anyway and have finally started to draft more consistently.
So by window you meant "win a playoff game" window?
I think Mayhew is on a shorter leash there than it might seem. Hasn't had a lot of success outside of that '13 class. That's just a team that goes to show how easy it is to fuck up a QB if he isn't put into the right situation.
I went ghost last year cuz Amanda was full blown alkie and I was trippin'. Sue me
The only team on the schedule the rest of the year that should pose much of a threat is The Colts. Maybe The Panthers in Charlotte. Playoffs should be easy barring injury

Sure, you have to start there when you haven't done it since 1991. Hell, once you get in, you only need to get hot for a few games. See: Flacco, Joe.
I don't think Mayhew is going anywhere regardless of the outcome of this season, right or wrong. I think Caldwell and/or his staff would be first. That's just how the Fords have run this team. I think the '14 and '15 drafts have the potential to be solid classes, not every player is going to be Larry Warford right out of the gate. Swanson and Tomlinson will be fine. Reiff is much better than how he's played the first two weeks. Right tackle is probably going to be an issue all year.

Have you watched the Colts play this year? Weeden and the Cowboys are a bigger threat than they are.

You misspelled Aaron Donald.
And so? Manny has been our best rated lineman so far. Stanford might as well retire.

Ok Ed.
