You've never met football fans who's fav team isn't the home team? Cuz it's fairly common... My dad was a raiders fan so I'm now a raiders fan .. Plus the whole snow bowl..

There are so many reasons why as a fan you like the hometown. Personally I think one of the biggest reasons is their games are on the TV the most. How can one grow up in an area, watching that team the majority of their life, and not feel some sense of loyalty to that team? Yeah... fairweather fan is the best explanation.
I wish Browner was still on our team Kidding (kinda)... I think Revis is a stud and will give the Seahawks problems. I think Seattle Def is going to have trouble keeping Gronk from a big game. In conclusion, Seattle Def is better than NE, however NE's Def is probably top 10.
nah Im kinda concerned. concerned in the sense that I think the Pats have a good chance of beating the Seahawks, just like I was concerned that GB had a good chance of beating the Seahawks. The only for-sure game I was all in on was the Carolina game. Outside of that game... Seahawks can lose. the NFL is competitive.
To be honest though... I'm pretty excited they even made it back. Feels like a win already just playing in the big game. I'm even okay with them losing to the Pats, however I hope if they lose they at least keep it more interesting than the Indy-NE game. Would love the win, but it wouldnt be as crushing as it would have been last year. Lose this year? Still past Superbowl champions who made it back to the Superbowl the following year. That shits hard to do you know, or do you not pay attention to NFL statistics?
apparently Seattle was offside on the Sherman interception
:-? conspiracy
) Jesus... Is it always just the NFC North teams that cry foul when losing in big games? I've got an idea NFC North... How about instead of blaming refs you take a little responsibility for your shitty play calling and clock management.
nah i don't give a shit about this one. I just read about it, but don't act like you wouldn't be a little upset if it had been GB with the comeback and an early INT took 3 points off the board and they were offside.

If the seahawks had a bad call against them but had the ball 3 times in the red zone and didn't go for it on 4th for any of them... I'd be more pissed at my coaching than the one bad call. No excuse for that shit. First time they got down there... Okay with FG. Get some points. Next two... fucking go for it when you have a stud like Lacy and you only have to go inches.
Playoff football... This is the time to take the risk. Just like the seahawks fake FG. That's a game winning call right there. Had that failed... At least we tried something.
