UP nah not usually - green kiwifruit are hairy and would be gross to eat the skin
Gold kiwifruit are hairless and you could possibly eat the skin

Yeah it was adapted for the Asian market and the flesh inside is a yellow gold colour and it's hairless and sells for more than the green
