I want to invest around 50$ for books about Metal/Hard Rock. Any suggestions? I would like to pick up Head & Fieldy's books plus Lords of Chaos (Black Metal history book) and Swedish Death Metal.
Eh Ill get bashed for it, but fuck it. Heroin Diaries by Nikki Sixx is an incredible book in my opinion, ive read it several times Long Hard Road Out Of Hell by Marilyn Manson was another twisted ass story, starts out very fucked up The Dirt by Motley Crue, loved it also, but then again, im a big Motley fan Slash - one of my favorite guitar players so i instantly liked the book.
i know itza not Metulz but Led Zepplin Hammer Of The Gods is an awesome book about actual stories about Led Zeppelin and groupies and after shows anticcs.... itz the greatest rock and roll band story ever

cliff burtons biography was solid. it mostly talked about how influential his bass playing/style was to metallica and how much he contributed to composing/writing/arranging and basically teaching lars and hettfield about music theory. basically that he was a music genius and he brought that to metallica
