Its not even from working out super hard. Iv been running, but my back/neck is stright jacked so i didn't run the last week, and still lost 4.5 pounds. I changed how i eat. Every morning the first thing i do is drink two glasses of water to kick start my metabolism. Then when i get to work i have a coffee and a banana. For lunch i usually have a small 400 calorie packet of almonds which i eat in small handfuls over like 2 hours, then before i go home i eat another banana. Then for dinner iv been eating better as well, 0 pop. Iv only been eating like 1500-1800 calories a day, and my metabolism is higher then average, i can eat somewhere around 2400 calories and not gain weight. Now eventually if i decide to start lifting ill have to switch my diet up obviously, but im currently just doing mostly cardio and trying to cut the fat.
nah. It gets your metabolism going right away. Drink a glass before your morning shower and by the time you are out you almost feel like you have had a glass of coffee.
The water needs to be warmed up before your body can ingest it. So as soon as its in there your body is going to work. Drinking cold water can increase your metabolism by up to around 30%. I'm convinced the water is playing a big role in why my metabolism is above the average human, even though im fat and out of shape.
