I would never spend over 100 on shoes anymore. Those don't look bad but no shoe is worth that price. I hope you enjoy them though sir.
Lol at "No shoe is worth that price." You get what you pay for. I'd rather pay $100+ for a quality pair of shoes that looks nice and ain't beat the fuck up in 3 months time. I have Rose 2.5s and Air Force 1s, both were like $120, over a year old, that still look brand new save for a few creases. This is of course 'cause I'm a female about my shoes and clean them obsessively, but even so, clean a shitty shoe that's torn the fuck apart and beat up all you want, and it still won't look good. You save money in the long run, and don't look like a bum.
This applies even more so to any kind of performance shoe, whether that's a basketball shoe, lifting shoe, whatever. My shoes that I ball in were $90, and Im'ma cop some Otomix for lifting that are $110. Pricey shoes >>> Injuries due to poor footwear. Yes, you can get injured either way, but I'd rather drop the few extra dollars for more security rather than be cheap and end up wit an injury that was directly tied to my bum ass shoes.
Don't be a bish. Seriously though those shoes are awesome and should try them on )
Champs here selling the two toned Rose jersey's for $30. Maybe I should start collecting jersey's for the man cave and from them to put on the walls :-?
I don't doubt it. Nike makes good basketball shoes, would never wear LeBrons doe. I ain't even gonna ball in the Roses, I never would, I firmly believe those shoes are cursed as far as playing in 'em. I play in Under Armour Torches, amazing shoes, and feel like pillows under your feet.
Yeah......I have Adidas crazy light and I'm scared to ball in those. At first they were great but now fuck that lol. I just use Durant's which are crazy durable and fit great. I want to try some UA basketball shoes. Just got me the UA Spine Venom running shoes and my god they are amazing and comfy. Didn't know UA made shoes so good.
Yea, their whole "Extremely light for more speed." Is bullshit. How much is a shoe that weighs 6-7 more ounces 'cause of better padding and protection gonna slow down a near 200-200+ Lb. athlete? Not at all. They're so much lighter 'cause of the damn near nonexistent ankle protection and sole cushioning.
But yea, definitely try out some UAs for balling. The Torches are the only ones I've actually worn, but they're amazing, ankle support and the absorption on landings is fucking amazing, and like I said, stupid comfortable. I wanna possibly cop the Charge BBs. A lot of motherfuckers say they look ridiculous and like moon boots 'cause they're so long lol, but those have prolly the absolute best ankle support I ever seen on a basketball kick.
Also, lemme reiterate. I'm not being condescending, if someone's seriously in a financial situation where they literally can't afford nice shoes, then do you, but if you easily can, and you're just being a cheap Jew, fuck outta here.
It's depends what floats your boat as well. I don't care too much about shoes. But my wife does. She went and bought a $350 pair of boots last weekend.

Yeah I skated for about 13 years and went through the whole get what you pay for with shoes thing. The 100 dollar pair gets destroyed as quickly as the 40-50 dollar same pair of the same thing at a discounted or sale price months later. Im not ragging on your shoes I hope you love them but they just are not worth the price in my book especially for looks when that's what you said you bought the new ones for earlier.
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
