Been outside for over an hour just jumping at the rim and working on my vertical, now slamming the bottom of the back board wit my hand (That may not sound impressive, but I have a standard driveway hoop, and the back board is small, the bottom of it is only maybe 3-4 inches under the rim.) and fully gripping the first rung of net under the rim, which is only about 2 inches below it.
I been doing my lower weight squats way more explosively, basically jumping wit the bar, and just doing a ton of jump training, jumping in the house, box jumps after lifting, etc. Glad to see it's already paying off.
