I had a Afro-Latin Jazz concert today and everything went smooth. After the performance some random kid from the crowd came up and told me how much he loved my bass playing. Said he wants to play like that and stuff. It was really awesome to have someone do that and pretty flattering. Made me feel better about myself after some pre-jury self loathing I was doing earlier this week.
