I'm seriously in favor of requiring customers to have some sort of documentation of an actual disability in order to use one. And making that a national thing.
Privately, of course. You would have to register. It's not like you walk in and have to yell how fucked your back is and throw your papers in the air or even bring them. One time registration.
The majority of the application could be done on a computer and you fax the district or corporate your paper document or some shit. It could work and I'm very in favor of it.
How is that discrimination if they're offered on a need-only basis?
whos to determine who is worthy of need only? you guys are ridiculous for even letting someone in a cart bother you at all...it shouldn't even cross your mind you should just move on with your day
the whole first part of your whole idea is discriminatory....telling someone they cant use a service you provide because they are fat/lazy
and then the second part...the whole idea of deeming someone worthy of getting a scooter....who is going to make this set of guidelines? whats next....are they going to start telling me im not disabled enough to shit in the handicap stall?
It'd be like the handicap parking system. They dont have someone standing by the parking spots saying "ok youre good...nope youre just fat go park in the back"

seriously dude...just some advice....the sooner your able to go about your day and not caring about whos riding in the scooter the sooner you life will have less stress...it just seems crazy to me that people actually see people in a scooter and get mad....tell me do you take the stairs or the elevator?
these people have literally no effect at all on your life

This country is too enabled on some things. I feel like that's one of them.
