This is what I'm talking about, in Northern California, we get seasons like everyone else. I'm quite a pale guy too, and its because we get temperatures below 60 degrees. In Southern California, they have fucking hot, and unbearably hot.

Dry heat. In the summer it's often hotter here, but it depends on the year. We usually get around 100-110 where I live.
