I've used ticketmaster online once. For other shows (like Ozzfest or Maiden) I go to the Ticketmaster outlet at the mall.

My main problem with ticketmaster is the fact they hold the best seats for their company owned second hand ticket site so they can jack prices up on those. But the problem also is with the artist and manager because ticketmaster will go to them and ask them if they want to do this to make more money for both sides

The parking fee isn't necessarily Ticketmaster's fault. They charge us a $3 parking fee for DTE shows, but they do at the box office as well. But that means parking at DTE is free once you buy the ticket.
