Also, finally started The Last Of Us last night. That prologue was a pure work of art, holy fuck. Only played through Chapter 2 so far, and not much popped off, so it's nothing mindblowing yet, but I'm sure it'll pick up. The controls are amazing doe, plays so fucking fluid. Graphics are amazing, but looked better in trailers, sucks it didn't live up to that.
SCEA CEO Jack Trentton said that PS4 demand may outpace their ability to manufacture them. Gamestop CEO also said that they "would buy every single unit they can make"

Cumulatively, absolutely not. But with new electronics, there's a product effect where the early adopters just have to have it, no matter how good it is. You saw it happen with things like the iPad. If it's new and there's status to have from it, a certain type of person will buy it. However, after that point, if the product is shitty like the Xbox One, then sales will fall off a cliff.
I asked the dude at GameStop if they have gotten more preorders for the XboxOne since MS took out all the DRM protection? He responded "We absolutely have, no doubt about it."

NOW I might get one, but not at launch, I'll wait for a price drop.
I said the only chance of me getting one was if they removed all that bullshit, and they actually did. I thought they'd be too stubborn. Wow.
