Just got the new Through the Eyes of the Dead cd "Skepsis"

I preordered it, and just got it in the mail 3 days before the release. That was nice, since when i preorder cds, i usually dont get them until they are already released. Im only like 4 songs into the cd, but it sounds fucking awesome. The new singer sounds really good. Its a nice mix of "bloodlust" and "malice", but definitely sounds much more like "malice". I would say its definitely worth checking out.

Im not big on "Bloodlust". That seemed like more of a deathcore cd than anything. But I was pretty impressed by "malice". They dropped alot of the deathcore shit off that cd, and made it more straight up death metal. So far from what ive heard from "skepsis" it sounds like a mix, but much more death than deathcore.

same with me. I love them on cd, but have no idea how good they are live. Its hard to keep up, they've changed singers a fucking ton of times.

Just bought this ad listened to it three times. Can I get my money back this cd was shit. Malice is a badass cd but this one is just plain boring.

I would have to agree that after listening to the new one a few more times, Malice is better. I still like the new one tho, and cant wait to see them with bury your fucking dead next week.
