MP3 players that can support Itunes?

ok, ill admit, im a complete idiot in regards to this shit. Essentially i'm poor, and want a 16 gb mp3 player, cheapest ipod nano is 179 at bb. I found a sony walkman for 119. Would it support itunes once i hook it up to my computer? I have windows media too, but it be a pain in the ass to make sure everything is over there and there is no overlap.

iTunes is a disease. go download Winamp it supports pretty much any device you can hook up to your computer and it can import your itunes library in like 2 clicks. it also supports ipods so if you ever decide to use one of those pieces of shit again you can just use Winamp
