You should be charging your phone from 0% to 100% and then letting it drain every time you can all the way to dead.
Reports are mixed but I talked to the people at Apple and they said it helps a lot. My first iPhone 5 i did that with and never had a problem. My second iPhone 5 i just charged it whenever and after about 8 months the battery fucking sucked.
I usually just charge it at the end of the day or if it's dead. but I've had this phone for like 3 years so I'm not surprised the battery is starting to blow
Yeah. Apples goal is to have 10,000 charger plug ins be the life line of the battery. If you handle it right they will last close to that long, but most of the time they won't be at 100% strength.
