I also heard nothing but good things about the new Korn album, and the only good song I heard off that album was Oildale...and that had to grow on me. I think this LP album is going to sound like something you can use in a dance club. Ever since Hybrid Theory and I guess you could say Meteora, LP has sucked ass
Linkin Park risks a lot with this totally different direction and fans will either love it or hate it. I do like it, and you cant tell the genre because it features so many. It sounds like: Soundgarden, Muse, Metric, 30 Seconds To Mars, Rise Against, Dr.Dre, Eminem, Pendulum, Dubstep, Electronica etc. etc.
thats why i didn't like that last album at first because all i was doing was comparing it to hybrid and Metora . i am not doing that with this new album

This is true, which is why I don't really compare. I've just come to the conclusion that they aren't what I prefer anymore after listening to them, imo, get worse and worse each album. Which is why I wasn't expecting my anything with this new album. I don't mind that song at the top of the page though. I consider them more of a pop/techo band now. Not much "rock" left

If you don't like Wretches and Kings, idk how you liked anything else from them because this sounds like something that could easily be put on Meteora. It has more of a Fort Minor feel to it but Mike was saying that he's putting all the Fort Minor energy into this record.
