Need help with noise reduction

So my mom wants something to reduce sound because shes working on her masters and my brother and I are too loud for her to work at home. She was looking at these Bose studio headphones but I told her don't waste her money because she wouldn't be getting the use out of them if she's not using them for music. Anyone know some good noise reduction headphones like earplugs except over ear headphones?
