Like I said.....arrogance at its finest. Only Notre Dame would end one of the greatest rivalries in college football. Now Michigan has to fill that spot on short notice.....probably not enough time to get an opponent of Notre Dame's caliber. *sigh*

Screw you, Notre Dame.
Hmmm. Sounds very familiar with a school not too far from here...
I've always wanted Michigan to play Texas..... :-?
me two but we already play 2 mid majors a year
There's no reason we can't get at least one marquee matchup at home every few years. Hell, I'd be open to a home and home with a team like Texas, Florida, Georgia, etc.

A&M wanted out of the conference though. Texas had every right to say "lol too bad". Yeah I'm biased, but it still doesn't relate to Michigan IMO.

I know A&M leaving was inevitable, but many of the SEC schools still hold annual rivalry games with schools in other conferences (Georgia/GT, Florida/FSU, USC/Clemson, etc). We expressed our desire to continue to Lone Star Showdown. I think it relates just because of how abrupt it all was.
I think, just like the Lone Star Showdown, the Notre Dame/Michigan rivalry will be back... It'll take quite a bit of time but it'll be back

can't believe colorado came back to beat WSU but it's not like that game was important lol. still a great comeback though.
Screw you, Notre Dame.
