Mayhem Copyright Infringement Notice

We got an email earlier today from an organization called "WIPO", claiming to represent Rockstar Corporation, complaining to us that one of our hosted forums was infringing on their client's copyrights by duplicating their logo and advertising on their forums. They say that people from this forum have been going to "Rockstar Mayhem Festival Forums" and posting links back to this site, a place they claim is attempting to represent itself as an alternative Mayhem Festival forum. Their assertion is that you are making use of their name and reputation in order to steal their members.
You guys are great, and we love having a customer as active as you are, but we cannot afford to get into legal trouble because a feud you guys have started with another website. You need to stop antagonizing them and baiting them, otherwise you'll need to find an alternative hosting solution.
