For me, it's mainly the price thing. It's much better service for a lower price. They have decent packages for relatively cheap. Plus from what I've heard, they actually come out and fix your stuff, unlike Comcast who takes 27 days to get your god damn TV back on.

I had WOW, then Dish, now U-Verse. Each cost less than the last.

I had Dish, the Time Warner, then Buckeye, then Time Warner, then Direct TV, then Time Warner.....and now Direct TV for Ticket, and Time Warner for regular.
