It's exactly as it sounds.

Disturbed will be screening "Decade of Disturbed" for free on August 27 at the abandoned movie theater down the block. Is this happening for anyone else? I'm somewhat confused at the moment.

Grammy nominated, multi-platinum hard rock band Disturbed is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special gift to fans: a documentary entitled Decade of Disturbed. Starting August 26th, five days before the release of their new album Asylum, Decade of Disturbed will play on the big screen in movie theaters in 13 cities across the country. Decade of Disturbed will be also included with every purchase of Asylum.
The 75 + minute film, directed by Rafa Alcantara of TWENTYFOURCORE Productions, candidly captures the band’s ten-year history, with extensive behind the scenes and never before seen footage. “It basically tells the story of the band, from its inception to present day, says front man David Draiman. “The band has had its share of ups and downs along the way and I think we tried to be as open and honest about all of it as we could. It’s very insightful and we hope its something the fans will appreciate.” Full preview screening information can be found at www.disturbed1.com or http://cinemapurgatorio.com/movies/decade-of-disturbed.
The first single off Asylum, “Another Way to Die,” is a #1 hit at Active Rock Radio. This is the highest Billboard Active Rock debut in Disturbed’s history and the fastest # 1 for the band on Billboard’s Active Rock chart, getting to #1 in just 4 weeks. It is also the fastest # 1 on Billboard’s Active Rock chart in over 3 years and is the band’s 7th # 1 single on Billboard’s Active Rock chart: they are tied with Metallica for the 3rd most #1′s on the Active Rock chart.
On August 17th the Chicago four-piece will hit the road to headline the first annual Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival, which runs through October 4th. Also on the bill are Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Halestorm, and Hell Yeah. Tickets for UPROAR are on sale now. Please visit http://www.rockstaruproar.com for details.
Disturbed is vocalist David Draiman, guitarist Dan Donegan, drummer Mike Wengren, and bassist John Moyer. For more on the band, including news about the “Decade of Disturbed,” please visit www.disturbed1.com.
