Pigs but they voted today to play because they don’t actually give a shit. They want dat money.
I mean to be fair a lot of players voted to not play, they just got out voted. The Lakers and Clippers all voted to not play, and left the meeting when they heard the results
2 of the teams voted not to play. The other 14 didnt. If the lakers and clippers really believed what they were doing would make a difference, they would have just walked out.
Lebron does a lot of good things for a lot of people, but most of the time it comes with some sort of benefit to his image or himself.
I just dont get the feeling like he does things just to do go things for people.
It just really seems like they want to look like they are doing something, without actually doing anything.

They did walk out....
Also yes 14 teams voted to play, but not every player on those teams voted to play. They just got out voted. Its been confirmed players in the Bucks, Rockets, and Raptors voted to not play
The players have all the power in the NBA lol. More than any other league. If they don't like the direction things are going, they'll stop again. They're realizing just how much power they have, but they're not going to solve anything on their own. These NBA owners are billionaires. The Pistons owner makes money from a prison telecom company for fuck's sake. Tired of hearing that the players need to find the solutions for these problems. Where are the owners or the commissioner?
I hope that some major players in the league puts their foot down and forces an indefinite postponement of the playoffs going forward. I'd be fairly disappointed if this doesn't continue past tonight.
AEW (professional wrestling) is on right now and is the first live show that brought fans back. 15% capacity, all masks, temp checks, and social distancing. So in theory if this works other organizations might follow suit soon. Might have to have everything in Florida or Cali for a min in an open air arena.
They're gonna wait as long as they can until they are allowed to bring fans back. Without a vaccine? I don't know. I think there's gonna be a lot of shit hitting the fan when football tries to come back with fans.
I have seen an idea for several smaller bubbles in certain cities for the NHL and NBA, but again, assuming they can't have fans.
