I think he's going with the idea that the bigger metal band should go second to last, and the more alternative metal band should go last so the other fans can leave.
Like when they had Slayer on before Marilyn Manson.
I'm pretty sure Mayhem isn't booked so half the people can leave before the headliner.
Slayers fans are defiantly more loyal. The majority of them have stuck with that band regardless of how much crap they've put out. When Manson was at his peak, he was one of the biggest stars on the planet, period. The past 6 years alot of people just simply lost interest in Manson, and the fact that he doesn't put any effort into anything he does anymore doesn't help either. Manson's still a bigger draw though.

This make a lot of sense. As far as albums go I think people liked WPB>THEOL but Manson still has a lot of fans. Its hard to tell either way but I do completely agree with what you said
Santana, let me finish this discussion. Bookers do not care about opinions, they care about numbers. It doesn't matter who bought them and didn't like them, they still bought them, which therefore makes them a potential customer.
TUPAC IS DEAD/THE LEGEND IS GONE/THEY SAYIN TUPAC'S BACK?/DEM NIGGAS WRONG
Godsmack is supposed to be doing two US legs for their upcoming tour, one in the fall of this year, and one in the spring of next year, so why would they do another summer run in the US when they can go to Europe?
