That makes absolutely no sense because it's incredibly subjective to determine whether a team has "no chance" of coming back. If a guy can put up good stats in garbage time it's a sound fantasy strategy to play him.
I dunno, but I don't think someone should be penalized for playing that guy on their fantasy team. If a team is winning by 20+ points and they keep scoring touchdowns, should their players' fantasy stats be reduced as well? They're winning regardless, so those stats shouldn't count, right? No, that's ridiculous. But that's what you're saying.
