Just got home from seeing Shadows Fall tonight. Let me just say if these guys are coming to you on a off date....FUCKING SEE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

I got to the venue right when local band Brotherhood was on stage. Very good band check them out.

Then one of the bands I been wanting to see for years. 2 Cents took the stage and tore it up They closed with a awesome Pantera tribute.

After the show I got to meet the whole band and 2 Cents. SF are very nice guys and love to talk to the fans. They gave me a guitar and bass pick and signed my bracelet

Shadows fall... I listened to them years ago they just didn't grab my attention. So I find out they are on mayhem this year I start listenig through a bunch of their songs just to realize every song they have is terribly boring. It's mainly his vocals.

Did 2cents do raining blood cover or their tribute to tv cartoons?

Marc, when you saw 2cents, did their drummer / singer keep on losing one of his drum sticks, and that was the only pair? It was pretty funny at my show. Shadows Fall is awesome. I have seen them 3 times, and they step it up a notch for the Boston area, being a local show for them.

no ape they didnt do a raining blood cover. they had cartoon skits before their songs. like suicide silence does with family guy. they did a Pantera cover at the end of their set though. song escape my mind at the moment though. Nope John but his mic kept fucking up. while he was sing it would fall down and shit but he got it fixed. he did an awesome solo that i wish i recorded at that moment.

nope Jason didnt come out. Bark At The Moon cover by SF was pretty damn good.

Oh, when they were playing with 5fdp here, jason came out during 2cents as the drummer and the singer got off the drums and just sang for that song. It was pretty cool.

Marc when I saw 2cents a few years back they played a song that they had put together of all their favorite cartoons theme songs/intros. It was badass.

yeah, i really wish shadows fall would've headlined. I also wish otep would have been replaced. They were possibly the worst live band ive ever seen, and thats saying alot since ive seen emmure twice lol.

well some other dude came out. i swear the singer/drummer looked like Buzz McGrath from Unearth. the other dude that came out to drum for them looked like Ken Susi from Unearth.

singer/drummer was actually really damn funny. he said, "so to all the ladies out there. i just wanted to let you all know i am black from the waist down. by that i mean i'm ashy not a fat dick. *points to guitar player* hey *says his name but i forgot* show them your elbow. they will know what i am talking about." lol.
