Yup. Hair transplant. They take hair follicles from the side and back of your head that are not prone to the male pattern baldness gene and then relocate them on top. They have a cheaper option (FUT) where they take an entire strip off the back of your head and you have a scar under your hair. And then they have a slightly more expensive route (FUE) where they individually cherry pick what they move and you have no scar. Depends on how much hair you move but it’s only about 8000-10000 depending on FUT vs FUE

ive heard you could get it for a couple thousand in India. Not sure id consider doing it over seas though
