Arm lifts just fine. No loss in strength at all. It's a bicep impingement that makes my arm tingle/experience numbness in some positions. They did a pressure test and that arm is actually tested as stronger than my dominant hand that's just fine.
It's not that big of a deal really. The point was just more that I did it by sleeping on it. I don't really have a cool story to tell about it. I use to go out and damage myself doing fun but stupid things. Get up to some reckless shit.
