No this isn't a troll. We've met with the mediator twice now, and have two more sessions scheduled over the next 2 weeks. Custody has already been agreed upon. This week we are working on budgets and support. We have already agreed upon support and it's less than what the state would allow her to take. And she isn't asking for alimony. She wants me to move out dec 1.

finally- guys she told me she wanted a divorce. She said she had been trying to work up the nerve for over a year. Because ever since her mother died our relationship tanked. I knew it wasn't great either and I was literally thinking of a way I could tell her I wanted a divorce (this is before I called my ex). So it was really kinda of a mutual split up however she technically was the one who said she didn't want to be married to me anymore

She's not a criminal. She has had done weird life experiences but she's also the only girl I've ever dated that I actually felt truly got who I was. She's the only girl I've ever broken up with that I was seriously devastated about for a really long time. She has one child who is 4.
She he doesn't live in NY, but we are talking about moving her. That can't happen until I have my own place though. Right now I'm just hopeful and liking where things are going. It might not go anywhere with her because she doesn't live here and I can't possibly move to where she lives
