I really don't get why people are already buying 4k Tv's
I almost bought a groupon the other day, but there is nothing broadcast in 4k. They don't make games in 4k, and they don't sell 4k format movies yet.
It's much worse then that Rex... Screen resolution is actually a function of both the size of the screen and the distance you sit from the screen. With a 65" LED 1080P TV, you have to be sitting closer than like 5-8 feet (IIRC) for you to see any visible difference between that and a 720P 65" LED at the same distance. So when does a 4k TV pay off with screen resolution... It's something absurd like a 100" LED and you are sitting 5 feet away.
I dont think I will ever buy a 4k TV. There will literally never be any noticeable difference.

Watching TV comfortable in my living room puts me about 8-9 feet away from the screen. Anything bigger then 55-60" screen would look funny and way too big for the room. At those dimensions I can't even tell the difference between 720p and 1080P. Im starting to see the benefit but it's not there.
Was looking through old pics in fb since I just opened it back up again for the first time in 6 months and it's weird how many people unfriended me that used to "like" and comment on my shit all the time. I think I suck now
