Every English II class except ours read it in high school. Never did read it. Although I remember when I said I had never read it, this one kid who was in my English III class got all irate and said "Its basically a right of passage. They shouldn't have even let you move up to English III. You can't call yourself a man of literature." ) he was legitimately upset.
