Surge was discontinued in 2001 and hasn't been seen since. A couple of years ago the 'Surge Movement' came along on fb with the sole purpose of bringing Surge back.
Every friday they would tell their members to call the coke hotline and request Surge but coke would always have the same answer that they had no plans to bring it back but that's for your feedback.
They even rented a billboard space a few miles from the coke head quarters saying "We couldn't by Surge, so we bought this billboard instead" Coke finally listened and brought it back on Amazon. With it selling out it wouldn't surprise me to see it in stores in the next month.

It's one of those things where people would go crazy for over a month and then once the hoopla died down no one would give a fuck.. It's just lamer Mountain Dew ..
