I think it's like a ponsy scheme thing that gets people to try and join like a wellness/juicing/fitness program thing that last a couple months or something.. My friend actually did some advocate thing similar tho and lost like 35 lbs but IMO she coulda do e that without the program
This girl that had a crush on me back in 6th and 7th grade owns a healthy meals company. They prepare boxes of healthy dishes and deliver them daily. She's half black, half Korean and in school she was chubby. She posts shit on fb about eating healthy and exercising a the time. She looks like this now, at 36 with 3 kids
I fought it for too long until I ended up with an ulcer. My friend got stomach cancer. He survived, but it took 18 months of treatment and he lost his hair and about 100 lbs. Then I had that other friend have a heart attack a couple months ago. We're not built for the food were consuming. Everything is filled with chemicals that are poisonous, but food corps have lots of money to dump on Washington to relax regulations. That's why diabetes is at such an epidemic level. I got tested and found out my blood sugar was elevated about a year ago and if I didn't do something about it, I was going to be diabetic soon. Blew my mind cuz I was vegetarian for years and kinda figured I was healthy cuz of that. Turns out that wheat, corn and rice are some of the worst things you can eat. They're all complex carbs that turn into sugar when you eat them. So when you eat a sandwich or a pizza, you might as well be eating them in sugar cookies. I've been doing what's called a Paleo diet for most of the last 10 months. I've shed about 45 lbs and my sugar went back to normal. I still don't exercise nearly enough, but I'm working on it.
Any starch is bad. They're all the same as sugar. Potatoes included
its okay to eat them, you just have to be careful of the amounts and try to match the amount you eat with lean meats and vegetables. I hate vegetables, but I'm having to work on it to balance my diet
