I've already explained my position on the matter. I guess they don't teach reading comprehension in Jersey :-?? I really hope your band makes it big dude. For your wife's sake. Cuz its gonna be hard finding a real job when you have the IQ of a carrot.
I'm bored at home so I decided to just start running up and down the stairs and doing some ab workouts. Gonna try to lose some weight and get a little fit this summer. Anybody know a place I might be able to download some of those work out videos?
If you know which one you wanna do, just search it in TPB.
Also, countless Ab workouts are pointless. Everyone's gonna think I'm just being an asshole, but nah. I see countless fatties spending their entire gym session on all the Ab machines as if that's gonna blast away their guts, and it won't for 2 reasons. A: You can't spot reduce fat. B: All training your abs does is strengthen and tone them, which is pointless when you can't see them. Remember, everyone has abs, but most peoples' abs are covered by fat. My abs are perfectly visible, and even I only train them once a week for about 10 minutes, because they get trained in so many compound lifts, such as squats and deadlifts.
Also, if you stick wit it, the home workouts are a great stepping stone to get into it and learn your shit, but after a while, it's really best if you join an actual gym.
Matter of fact, I'd say everyone should start wit home workouts to avoid embarrassing themselves. I see so many noobs at the gym that have absolutely no fucking clue what they're doing and just make asses out of themselves.

Nah bud, I like it when you see people at the gym making mistakes. Getting better involves admitting that something isn't as good as it could be. When I see people at the gym making mistakes, sometimes they're obvious and sometimes they're discrete, but they're always representative of something that I admire. Hard work.

Yes, but it's ultimately for nothing. I been at my gym for like 7-8 months now, and some of the fat ones have been there since I started going, and still go, which is great to see. What's not great to see is while I keep getting compliments from regulars on how much bigger and shredded I look, the fat ones look...the exact same. And continue doing the exact same pointless workouts and/or incorrectly doing exercises wrong, which never help them. I made my mistakes and of course wasn't athletically capable when I first started either, but I spent my time actually learning and researching so I knew exactly what I was doing, and now this shit is like instinct to me, and I keep seeing results and progress, day in, day out. I've been at this daily grind for about 15 months, and already feel like I could train someone myself, diet plan and everything. I know my shit, and my results show it.

Lol at Leah's dislike. Bitch what the fuck do you know? This was genuine advice based on fucking facts. Show me one person on the entire planet that was able to spot reduce fat, and I'll find a way to lick my own asshole.

I doubt they look the exact same, but even if they do, they might be making mistakes elsewhere. I'm not saying that everyone that goes to the gym is making excellent health decisions. Maybe a guy goes once a week for half an hour and still eats himself into a coma every night. I'm just saying that making mistakes shouldn't be embarrassing at a gym, because everyone's made them at some point.

thoughts?
I just want to hear more about how great the acting on that show is.
Tomorrow, Dortmund will be champions.
EDIT: I didn't even have any tickets for the shows I wanted to attend anyway, so it's not that big of a deal lol.
