It got so hyped up cuz of the effects. Story is fairly generic, but I still liked it.

But it spurred the whole CGI focus and 3D craze which sucks.

You needed to see the movie in theaters with 3d. It looked really good that way and I enjoyed the movie because of that

I saw it twice in 3D, once normal in theaters. It def was a pretty looking movie.

Fuck 3D. All it does is give me a headache. I fell asleep during The Hobbit because of this (They sent us to the wrong theater at like 10:30am during the middle of the week :-L )

It was before the high schools and such got let out for Christmas break, so we decided to go when nobody would be there. We would also have more time for stuff after the movie since it was about 3 hours long.
