Nagano or w/e.... I just always figured the had mountains with snow...I don't know shit about there geography I just figured with being surrounded by ocean it didn't snow
the really big storms come in from the ocean. it snows a shitload in the pacific northwest too. but the northeast doesn't get as nearly as much snow for some reason. also, big lakes produce the "lake effect" which is probably why it snows so much in northern utah. but i'm not entirely sure on the subject of weather.

Exactly. Do you not know what water weight is? Drinking water HELPS get rid of it. Water weight is when your body retains water, it's a survival mechanism when it feels that you're dehydrated and not getting enough water. It's one of the things that causes bloating. When someone starts seriously working out out of nowhere and has a huge 15-20 Lb. weight loss in 2-3 weeks, it's 'cause of a system shock to your body and you suddenly shed a lot of water weight from sweating it out. One of the main reasons it's recommended for a bodybuilder to drink a gallon or more of water daily is for this exact reason. Even now, if I go over a week without getting in my daily gallon, I end up looking a lot fatter than I actually am, even at only 12% body fat, and I hold a lot of my water weight in my hips. Another thing, people think bodybuilders always flex in the mirror simply 'cause they're obsessed wit themselves, no. It's actually a pre-competition strategy, 'cause when done right and hard enough, it makes you sweat and forces surface water weight out, making you look more shredded, vascular, and defined. They also need to get them down for shows because different poses flatter different physiques, and can be your winning advantage, but that's a different story.
