First one is called Zekrom, second one is called Reshiram.

They're the legendaries/box mascots for the upcoming Pokemon Black And White, they're supposed to represent Yin And Yang.

Zekrom is Dragon/Electric, Reshiram is Dragon/Fire. Neither combination has ever been done before, but I've been waiting for both, Dragon/Fire is pretty much what Charizard SHOULD have been, but wasn't.
