Bass player Jeroen Paul Thesseling has apparently left German band Obscura. Thesseling issued the following statement via Blabbermouth:
"Due to repetitive conflicting schedules with job related obligations I have decided to depart Obscura. Beside the limited availability that kept me away from touring during the last months, I feel like taking new directions in my musical development.
"Looking back, the cooperation with Obscura has been positive and successful. However, it's time to move on and find new challenges and opportunities for my musical career.
"I would like to thank all the fans who supported us and wish Obscura all the best with their future work."
UPDATE: Evan Brewer has quit The Faceless and joined Obscura
I have a feeling you're trolling
and you are. Right now they have Linus Klausenitzer listed on their facebook. I believe that's the fill in guy, I wouldn't be surprised if it's permanent.
TUPAC IS DEAD/THE LEGEND IS GONE/THEY SAYIN TUPAC'S BACK?/DEM NIGGAS WRONG
If they get DiGiorgio, they would be the best current Death Metal band. I haven't seen video of this Linus guy, but he must be good. I'll go look him up now.
Judy, i'm guessing it was that chick that's been taking stuff? change dem locks grrrrl
Well we used it last night at Redbox, got a pizza, came home. Then the only person that's been here today was me so she would have no access. However, we certainly are not trusting us as a house sitter at the end of summer.
