My miracle cure is water - drink loads of water.Only time I get a headache is when I'm dehydrated...........or haven't had my daily coffee :-bd

I happen to get them on average at least twice a week. There are times where I won't get one for a couple weeks though and it's nice. Sometimes I don't even know why I get them
