this happened to me, so i called alienware tech support.
you have to reactivate your video card, at aleast thats what i had to do

This Toshiba laptop of mine has so many ups and downs it's not even funny. It's completely up to chance that it'll work well with a game.

Alright so I can play the game, but here's the deal:

It runs smoothly in the sense that there's little to no choppiness. But when I walk, it's like stop and go, but again, not choppy. The audio is the same way.

Imagine yourself running knee deep in water.
