Maybe the bank went into entire lockdown when the CCTV surveillance cameras saw a Neanderthal outside the bank with a bottle of milk....they thought an armed hold up was in progress and it took your mum 15 minutes to convince them that you were harmless and you weren't carrying a Molotov cocktail
