I havent been. Basically nothing but chicken, rice, vegetables, and fruit. Sometimes beef and potatos with lunch. Once a week I'll do like pasta or pizza.
Wouldn't it also depend on stuff like the time of day you check your weight too that could cause it to look like it's not working? Regardless in the long run the results will show if you keep up what you're doing.
Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So if youre making more muscle and losing fat, you can still gain weight. Its not your weight thats important, its your body fat percentage
so my landlord recently rented a couple apartments to homeless dudes so they could get back on their feet. this one dude lets his friends stay there and they don't pay any rent, so my landlord started locking the front door all the time so they couldn't get in. one of them has been ringing my doorbell for the last two hours to try and get in. this shit is lame.
yup that's the plan. I think it's cool my landlord would try and help the homeless. the other apartment has been no problems. it's just this dude and his goons who want to live here and not pay. Hopefully they won't be around much longer

I am still always between 255 and 260 but now I'm able to run 13 miles at a time and I have a lot more energy/stamina with just about everything.
