I really hate the new washer we got months ago. It's extremely load sensitive and sometimes it doesn't wash/rinse shit the way it should. When I went down to check to make sure it's going to spin out correctly I paused it. Noticed the two blankets were off (parts were rinsed/wet, some were dry, and at least one section was still soapy). So I had to reset it so it goes through all the cycles and everything is done properly. So unnecessary and annoying
Upper management at work is being a pain in the ass lately. There is a tray of cupcakes at work. Don't know why, but I'm tempted as fuck to throw them on the floor and stomp the shit out of them. Only thing stopping me is the fact that I'd also have to clean all of it up.
I hate it when someone likes something on fb I don't want to fucking see. This is a great example. They must not understand that wtf he means by "authoritative" is militarized. Because recently I scrolled passed a post someone shared of a police officer in what I'd assume is full SWAT gear. Except if I didn't look twice and read that the front of his vest said POLICE, I would have continued to think it was a military uniform. The stupidity, lack of common sense and logic I keep seeing everywhere is really discouraging. Makes me wonder wtf the future is going to be like and how much worse it's gonna get before shit improves
It's amusing when people twist wtf someone else says or believes so they can further their argument based on bullshit. Then hundreds of people eat it up. I'm ok with supporting law enforcement. They're needed for numerous reasons and can be a real positive force. But the corruption in many departments, the officers that shouldn't be officers in the first place, etc really ruin it for the ones that try and do their job right. Posts like this don't help anything. At all. So it drives me nuts when this bs somehow lands in my feed. Also, fuck militarized law enforcement. Be safe but you don't have to look like fucking military in order to do so
So its fairly well known that paranormal people believe that the mansion on my campus is haunted. I wanted to write an article about it for a class, because I thought it would be fun and why not?
But the mansion staff are all being dicks about talking about it. The tour guide was all "hush hush" about it, the person I called to make an appointment with was like "we're academics, we don't talk about that", and the director of mansion affairs was like "I will not meet to talk about it", all rude like.
You'd think they'd at least talk to a student about how its bullshit. Obviously the rumors originated from somewhere. Its talked about all over the internet.
