Yea dude they do it so your not "on something" when the accident happens.. They'll do anything to get out if paying you esp where I work and people get hurt constantly

I sliced my hand pretty bad when I used to deliver appliances it was over an inch gash on my hand. And I went on workmans comp and thank god they didn't drug test me. At the time I didn't even think about that.

I got a $37k settlement from an old employer because they fired me for a drug test and refused to pay for my workers comp doc because they didn't conduct the drug screen the day of the injury
