People who pull up to the speaker at drive thru and tell ME to hold on. Ummm, excuse me, is that phone conversation really that important? I'm pretty sure the 10 cars behind you have somewhere to be.
Sometimes people need to find out what they're getting. I understand if they're taking a really long time but if you have to hold on, you do.
Thing is I get my assed chewed out if a customer takes too long placing an order. Yes, I get yelled at for something out of my control. So, I have to figure out how to politely get them to hurry up.
