Your site right now is pretty much exactly how we want Vanilla communities to evolve. Start with a *vanilla* (GET IT!?) install of Vanilla, and then pick and choose the features you want and add them via Plugins (Custom Theme, Sigs, Who's Online, PostCount) until you have your own forum, the way you want.
