if we open a thread that we havent opened before, is there anyway to get to the bottom to carry on the convo without going through hundreds of comments. this is what keeps happening with me..

For now, a trick you can do is:
Lets say this thread had 2867 posts. To get to end easily and quickly, change the URL from this: http://mayhemforums.vanillaforums.com/discussion/2167/downtime/ to this http://mayhemforums.vanillaforums.com/discussion/2167/downtime/2800/100
In english, this is telling the forum: "Load up to 100 comments, starting from comment number 2800". You'll end up with the last 67.
