No, because the experience itself would be ruined by my guilt of what I did to have that experience. Sort of like quantum theory, where observing something changes what you are observing, committing a terrible deed to experience something would change my experience for it.

The question isn't about who you are killing, it's would/could you actually do it if it was for something you wanted enough.

If you would kill a drug dealer/rapist or whatever, then your answer is yes.
